The bathroom window was an absolute miss. it let in the freezing wind, making my stay chilly and uncomfortable. & oh, not to mention the bathroom flooding every time I showered—it was so modern, yet so impractical. I would have appreciated a welcome gift for my struggles, yet nothing materialized, so here we are.

The uphill trek to the hotel was exhausting and unexpected. We weren't informed adequately about the tuk-tuk service until after we struggled. The lack of a shower door caused water to flood the bathroom every time, creating a mess and making it hard to stay dry.

The steep driveway poses serious challenges for easy access!!! A little more attention could be given to transportation options for guests—tuk-tuk rides can be uncomfortable!!! More actual signage for the property would help newcomers navigate!!!

Stunning views from the room and pool area create a serene escape. The breakfast spread was generous, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. However, the steep driveway could be a challenge for those unaccustomed to strenuous walks.

Our stay at Tzampoc Resort was simply stunning! We enjoyed breathtaking views of the lake from our lovely Standard Double Room, which also had a cozy seating area perfect for relaxing. The infinity pool was spectacular, and we loved sipping delicious cocktails from the bar. The staff, especially Cristian, were incredibly accommodating and truly made our visit special.

Oh, the breakfast! Vegan dishes bursting with flavor, paired with stunning views from the infinity pool—pure bliss! Plus, the oversized room we were given had the most incredible views. The cocktails at the pool bar were a definite highlight, too!

Now, about that workout getting up the steep hill—whoo, it’s intense! They did arrange a tuk-tuk, which we only found out later. And let's just say, the open shower situation had us splashing water everywhere. Still, the stunning ambiance made it all worthwhile!

My partner and i had an incredible experience staying here, especially because we were just a short drive from both Panajachel Park, which is a perfect spot for a stroll, and ChocoMuseo Panajachel, where we indulged in some delicious chocolate treats after a day of walking. we felt so lucky to be in a comfortable and upgraded junior suite with stunning views throughout our stay!

It was just a reliable pick for a brief pause in Santa Catarina Palopo with great value. The infinity pool provided a stunning view that felt like a mini-vacation right at the hotel. Be ready for a workout walking up that steep hill!

what a fabulous stay at tzampoc resort! the views from our deluxe room and the infinity pool were absolutely stunning. the staff were world-class, always friendly and accommodating. special shoutout to the bartender, cristian, for his amazing drinks. breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we loved the couples massage. it felt like paradise!
